Shipping Information
✅ Free Delivery on all orders.
🚚 Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
📦 Delivery Time: 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays). Please allow up to 7 days during peak seasons.

Return & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s how you can return or exchange an item:
Return Period
🔹 Returns accepted within 14 working days of receiving your order.
🔹 Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
🔹 Products in non-resellable condition will not be accepted for return or refund.
🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and should use a trackable method.
Faulty or Defective Products
🔹 If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us immediately.
🔹 Faulty items must be returned within 14 working days in their original packaging with all accessories.
Exchanges
🔹 Exchanges are subject to availability.
🔹 If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or product, fill out the exchange form.
🔹 We will arrange a courier to collect your item and deliver the replacement.
🔹 A replacement delivery fee of 300 Rs applies for two-way shipping.
Refunds
🔹 Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
🔹 Refunds are issued via bank transfer.
🔹 In some cases, we may issue refunds based on tracking information before receiving the product.
🔹 If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before reaching out.
Return Shipping
🔹 Customers must cover the return shipping costs.
🔹 We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost parcels.
🔹 Offerz.zeedreams is not responsible for lost returns.
Non-Refundable Delivery Charges
🔹 If you return a product due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, delivery charges will not be refunded.
🔹 Even if an item was listed as “free delivery,” the delivery cost is included in the price.
🔹 Delivery fees will only be refunded if the error was from Offerz.zeedreams.
